Submitting a property creates no obligation for you or for Haven Terra. Not every property will be a fit, and we will tell you so directly.
Surplus Funds Research
When a foreclosure or other qualifying property sale brings in more than what was owed, the remaining balance may be held for eligible parties. We help identify potential situations and conduct preliminary research.

Haven Terra does not currently hold a real estate brokerage license. Any activity that requires a license is conducted through appropriately licensed professionals.
