Haven Terra / Property owners
Your Property. Our Next Conversation.
Share a few details about your property. We review every submission and reply with a clear, honest next step.

Situations We Review.
Every property has a story. These are some of the most common ones we hear.
Inherited property
A home that came to you through an estate, often with decisions still to make.
Vacant or unused
A property sitting empty that costs more to hold than it gives back.
Needs significant work
Deferred repairs, outdated systems or damage that makes a standard sale difficult.
Behind on payments
If you are facing foreclosure, also consider speaking with a HUD-approved housing counselor or an attorney about all of your options.
Landlord ready to move on
Rental property you would like to step away from, occupied or not.
Simply exploring
No pressure. A conversation can clarify what your property could become.

Questions Owners Ask.
Is there any cost to submit a property?
No. Submitting a property is free and creates no obligation for you.
Will you make an offer on my property?
Not on every property. We review each submission carefully and will tell you plainly whether there is a fit and what the next step would be.
Is Haven Terra a real estate brokerage?
No. Haven Terra does not currently hold a real estate brokerage license and does not list properties for sale on your behalf. If you would like to list with an agent, we can tell you that directly.
Do I need to be the owner to submit?
You should be an owner, co-owner or an authorized representative such as an executor or attorney-in-fact. Heirs and family members can also reach out, and we will explain what authority may be needed.
What happens to my information?
It is stored securely, used only to respond to your submission, and never sold. See our Privacy Notice for details.
